From the delicious “Breakfast of champions” buffet to the gourmet dinner to the nightcap at the comfortable hotel bar: a holiday at the Sigmunderhof always means indulgence. Not least because we use many excellent products from local producers.
Starting your holiday in a good mood
We are fortunate to have regional producers who make really high-quality and particularly tasty products from nature’s ingredients. Milk, yoghurt and cheese specialties come from farmers and the Brunecker Milchhof, the fresh bread in all its varieties from the much celebrated village baker. The hearty sausage and cured meat specialties, as well as mueslis, various teas and fruit spreads: everything comes from South Tyrol whenever possible.
Dinner: Gourmet cuisine as a matter of course
When our head chef Manuel and his team call you to dinner, you should hurry. Every day, our ambitious kitchen team works on new creations and tasty surprises for our guests.
In the Sigmunderhof pampering menu, Mediterranean elegance meets Alpine down-to-earthness, Italian joie de vivre meets South Tyrolean love of tradition.
A selection of fresh salads and vegetables awaits you at the buffet.
End the day with a drink
A cool beer on the terrace after your motorbike tour? An ice cream as a reward for the kids? “A Glasl Guitn”, which is Tyrolean for a nice glass from the Sigmunderhof wine cellar or a tasteful gin and tonic to end the day in beauty?
Our hotel bar is open for you from 4:00 pm. Simple, clean, without the frills: this is what we think a bar should be like. We hope you agree =) Cheers!
